PM National Laptop Scheme & Student Scholarships 2026
The Government of Pakistan and Higher Education Commission (HEC) have officially invited online applications for the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme (Phase 4) and Honhaar Merit Scholarships 2026 for talented matric, intermediate, and undergraduate students.
Key Scheme Benefits:

Eligibility Criteria & How to Apply
To qualify for the Prime Minister Laptop Scheme and Honhaar Scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a regular student enrolled in a recognized public sector school, college, or university.
- Must have scored a minimum of 70% marks (or 3.0 CGPA) in the latest annual examinations.
- Students studying in 9th, 10th, FSc, ICS, FA, and BS programs are eligible to apply through the official HEC / PM Youth Portal.
